2008 has been the most successful year to date for YDMA with 22 finalist teams attending the ceremony at the Magic Circle Headquarters in London. This year the judging panel included industry experts from: Friends of the Earth, Guide Dogs, RNLI, Marketing Direct magazine, Third Sector magazine, Syzygy, Arc, Rapport and Royal Mail. Congratulations to all winning schools, the panel was very impressed with the high standard of entries.

Grand Prix Winners

The top prizes at this year’s Young Direct Marketing Awards went to two teams of budding young marketers from Ryecroft Middle School in Staffordshire and George Heriot's School in Edinburgh.

Aims: To develop a direct marketing appeal to raise income from 50,000 existing donors to support our work on climate change. The aim is a 5% response rate with a £15 average donation to generate a total income of £37,500.
