YDMA 2009 received a record number of entries. Since its launch four years ago, entries together with requests for the YDMA teaching resource, have risen from 70 to over 200 team entries. Over 1000 students took part in the 2009 Awards.

This year the judging panel included industry experts from: Samaritans, the RSPCA and Marie Curie Cancer Care, Syzygy, Arc, Rapport and Royal Mail. Congratulations to all winning schools, the panel was very impressed with the high standard of entries.

Aims: : To develop a direct marketing campaign that will recruit 200 secondary schools to take part in a Field of Hope Schools Project. It is hoped that at least 70% of these schools will raise an average of £500 each, which will generate a total income of £70,000.

Brief: Your campaign should inform schools of the work of Marie Curie Cancer Care and provide them with a reason to take part in the Field of Hope Schools Project and fundraise for MCCC.
